A 19" Rack Mount Power Supply for an Electron-Beam Direct Write Tool.

Built to order based on the customer's BOM and drawings. As this was originally manufactured in England over 10 years ago, many of the components had gone obsolete or had to be sourced overseas. Substitutes then becomes a highly critical portion of the scope. This requires excellent communications between the customer and KonSult to ensure that the final product still meets or exceeds the OE specifications.


Timing is also important, therefore with custom made parts we team up with local suppliers so that we can manage the schedule closely, such as with our metalwork. These metal cabinets were manufactured right here in the capital region of NYS.

Kon-Sult LLC will be closing its offices and manufacturing for the weeks of August 18th - 30th 2014.
